Strength will help build muscle (which everyone needs more of) so that you can achieve that toned look, increase metabolism, and achieve activities of daily living easier- hint all the groceries in one trip! And finally the high intense intervals actually help to reduce heart rate, blood pressure, and can be an efficient fat burner. A lot of gyms try to combine all 3 of these training styles into a single class, at Karma you will see results and improvements much faster by separating and focusing on each specific class each day.
